Philips offers several service arrangements, in and out of warranty, should your product develop a fault.
Flat TVs with 32” screens or larger are selected for service at home, Philips also offers to exchange several products for free when your faulty product is in warranty.
For Saeco full automatic espresso machines or Wardrobe Care you will receive a loan of the same product should yours require repair.
